Boloy Kumar Doloi is an accomplished Indian Sound Engineer and Sound Mixer. He ventured into the world of audio and filmmaking at a young age, completing a diploma in Film Making and Audio Engineering. With 16 years of experience, he has contributed his expertise to over 200 feature films in various languages including English and Hindi. Boloy is recognized as one of the few sound mixers proficient in Dolby Atmos technology. He has collaborated with renowned filmmakers like Mira Nair, Majid Majidi, S.S. Rajamouli, and Shamim Sarif on a global scale, cementing his reputation in the industry as a dedicated and skilled professional.

His exceptional contributions to the industry have earned him several prestigious awards and nominations including the IIFA 2023 Winner of the Technical Award for Best Sound Mixing for “Monica, O My Darling,” the 2021 Winner of the Festival Prize for Best Sound for “Deep Inside,” and 2023 nominations for the Satellite Award for Best Sound (Editing and Mixing) and HFCS Award for Best Sound for the film “RRR,” to name just a few. Boloy Kumar Doloi’s work continues to be celebrated and acknowledged in the realm of audio and sound engineering.
